Bring a friend for and experience a 2 person sauna wellness session. What a great healthy way to catch up. Step into our tranquil Infrared Sauna and allow your body and mind to completely unwind. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat gently warms the body from within, promoting deep detoxification, muscle recovery, stress relief, and radiant skin—without the intense heat or humidity. To enhance your experience, Chromotherapy (Colour Light Therapy) is softly infused into the space. Each colour has its own therapeutic effect, gently supporting your physical, emotional, and energetic balance. If in doubt it is important to get medical clearance before booking in a sauna appointment. *Please bring your own towel. Shower facilities are not yet available however will be in the next coming months. A cool refresher washer will be provided to use after the session.
