To enhance your experience, Chromotherapy (Colour Light Therapy) is softly infused into the space. Each colour has its own therapeutic effect, gently supporting your physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Benefits: Detox • Muscle Recovery • Improved Sleep • Glowing Skin • Mood Balance *Important an infrared sauna treatment is not suitable if pregnant, suffer from heat intolerance or hypersensitivity, fever or acute infection, children under 12, haemophilia or bleeding disorders, severe cardiovascular conditions, alcohol or drug intoxication. If in doubt it is important to get medical clearance before booking in a sauna appointment. *Please bring your own towel. Shower facilities are not yet available however will be in the next coming months. A cool refresher washer will be provided to use after the session.
